MASTERED BY SARAH REGISTER (TALK NORMAL)

Brendan Sullivan is one half of the Baltimore band Weekends. He has been recording and performing deeply emotive guitar songs under his own name since before he moved up to Baltimore from Florida to attend art school. Brendan's work has always proven to be powerful, and on this cassette you'll find a calming drone of looped melody paired with gruffly honest vocals that occupy a heavy but uplifting head-space.
Human Resources is Jeremy Krinsley's Brooklyn-based breed of future-psychedelia that home brews synth and feedback tactics with avant rhythm and novel sampling techniques. For the split he presents a song cycle of three separate 'splits,' all of which share samples and passages that knot the 20-minute trip into one piece.
